At Atlas Threadworks, every item is made to order especially for you. As a small business, this approach allows us to create distinctive apparel while avoiding the waste associated with producing and storing large quantities of unsold inventory.

Rather than filling warehouses with products that may never find a home, Atlas Threadworks produces apparel when an order is placed. Made to order production helps us reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste while allowing a small, independent brand to offer a growing collection of original designs.

Because your item is produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or changes of mind.

We encourage you to review the product description, color selection, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If Something Isn't Right

We stand behind the products we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue

Once we review the problem, we'll work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

You should not return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Sizing & Customer Selections

Because Atlas products are made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot provide refunds or exchanges when the correct product was produced but the wrong size, color, or style was selected when ordering.
